YOUR TASK
Responsible for driving Operational Excellence within assigned Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.
Your daily routine:
- Drive business transformation journey across the organization. The journey encompasses all aspects of Technology Infrastructure automation includes Robotic Process Automation, IT Process Automation and evolves all the way to cognitive, machine learning, intelligent chatbots and artificial intelligence
- Driving strategic decisions and targets which significantly improves the process quality, customer experience and the aim of delivering cost reduction
- Responsible for Centre of Excellence (COE) and be a transformational agent to shift organization to a new ways of working enabling a software-driven intelligent enterprise
- Interact with management and leadership team and communicate progress periodically
- Create value proposition and USP for each IA capability
- Provide thought leadership for the development of TSI Automation agenda and COE management.
- Review Financial and business management that underpin Automation COE
- Nurture others by encouraging and rewarding innovation.
- Ensure adherence of compliance and statutory & regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE
What you need:
- Post Graduate / Graduate in Science or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in driving automation and team within the organization
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, SRE practice, process and tools
- Experience with Infrastructure automation tools such as IPCenter, EyeShare, Saltstack, Ansible, Chef, Puppet
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, RunDeck, Bamboo, Teamcity
- Experience with SOAP, Microservices and RESTful Architecture
- Experience in Unix/Linux environment, programming languages C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Ruby
- Web services and application servers: Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Jobs, Weblogic etc
- Experience in building/supporting/testing/operating IaaS platforms.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Analytics is preferable.
- Highly motivated, organized and methodical
- Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
