Responsible for driving Operational Excellence within assigned Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.

Your daily routine:

  1. Work with Intelligent Automation team & stake holders to fully and clearly identify the Core KPIs for automated process
  2. Work with the various business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
  3. Work with IA team and stake holders and periodically review the effectiveness of automation process
  4. Drive the culture of exploring the improvement opportunities in the automated process
  5. Act as a central point of knowledge for business processes, communicating with the developers, SMEs and process owners for any automated solution
  6. Creation & maintenance of solution documentation

What you need:

  1. Post Graduate / Graduate in Science or equivalent industry experience
  2. Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the organization with exposure to various Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC & DMADV and Lean
  3. Experience in data collection skills, ability to capture business processes using both existing process documentation and process walkthroughs
  4. Individual with skill of questioning the existing processes to ensure a full and correct understanding is gained including business & system exceptions
  5. Hands on experience in modelling processes on any of the known process modelling tools
  6. Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
  7. Understanding of BPM components such as – Queues, Workflows, Business Rules etc
  8. Good written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation. Prior experience of using flow diagrams would be beneficial
  9. Good inter-personal communication skills, communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners, and the development team to help ensure the automated solution is correct
  10. Experience in IT Technology domain is desirable
  11. Highly motivated, organized and methodical
  12. Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
