YOUR TASK
Responsible for driving Operational Excellence within assigned Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.
Your daily routine:
- Work with Intelligent Automation team & stake holders to fully and clearly identify the Core KPIs for automated process
- Work with the various business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
- Work with IA team and stake holders and periodically review the effectiveness of automation process
- Drive the culture of exploring the improvement opportunities in the automated process
- Act as a central point of knowledge for business processes, communicating with the developers, SMEs and process owners for any automated solution
- Creation & maintenance of solution documentation

YOUR PROFILE
What you need:
- Post Graduate / Graduate in Science or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the organization with exposure to various Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC & DMADV and Lean
- Experience in data collection skills, ability to capture business processes using both existing process documentation and process walkthroughs
- Individual with skill of questioning the existing processes to ensure a full and correct understanding is gained including business & system exceptions
- Hands on experience in modelling processes on any of the known process modelling tools
- Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Understanding of BPM components such as – Queues, Workflows, Business Rules etc
- Good written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation. Prior experience of using flow diagrams would be beneficial
- Good inter-personal communication skills, communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners, and the development team to help ensure the automated solution is correct
- Experience in IT Technology domain is desirable
- Highly motivated, organized and methodical
- Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
