Your contribution to something big

As a training consultant, you will support our managers and employees in finding the right learning opportunities and afterwards you will organize these occasions for them. Besides, you will be the project leader of training-related projects and coordinate the main processes in your field of activities.

Organizing external training events, and coordination of high-school studies of our employees
Preparation of reports
Developing the training system, keep the regulations up-to-date
Preparation of training area, and participation on the customer, IATF and internal audits
Consultation with managers and employees related to trainings
Check and control the training planning process
Coordination of Competency management process
Lead training-related projects and present them towards the management


What distinguishes you

We are looking for candidates with university degree (preferably in HR or economics) who has 3-5 years HR experience in training field. Negotiation level English language knowledge is necessary and it is required to have good communication skills, and high level of autonomy.

Experience with HR IT systems is an advantage.
