Procurement Planner
Task:
Your contribution to something big
Planning for raw materials: Coordinate with production planner to forecast, daily stock check and adjust planning
Contact with supplier: Supplier contact partners for materials, supplier contact to send advance shipping notification, international contact partners to create new scheduling agreements
Inventory control: Follow up to make sure inventory on target, optimize stock, prepare materials in freeze period to production
Improvement-Projects: Analyze and define improvements for Supply Chain Costs + Inventories, lead/member of project to improve process, cost
Monthly Report: on-hand Stock, KPI of suppliers, report management
Expectation:
What distinguishes you
Education: University Degree
Work experience: 3 years in procurement planner, logistics experience mandatory
Traits and Skills: English – fluent, MS Excel (Macros), willingness to work under pressure and within team, openness to new topics, willingness to learn and improve, communication skill (internal & external)
