Faurecia’s VIE Program?

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE logistics improvement coordinator m/f for our plant in Jaszarokszallas, Hungary

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be to:

Within the framework of FES implementation, the PC&L Improvement Coordinator’s responsibilities are:

QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery and People) Performance

Ensure PC&L methods and tools implementation within a plant
Provide plant with PC&L standards: for instance: Internal milk run (small trains), Material flows and line feeding, levelling / pull system, E-Kanban, alert management, standard layout and visual management, Automatic Guided Vehicle, 8D report.
Establish action plans and ensure results are met
Provide technical support to other functions
Train and coach plant employees when necessary
Carry out progress workshops (Small train Hoshin, layout workshop, etc…), in accordance with the plant PC&L manager
Define areas for improvement, identify and implement best practices
Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used
Fulfil another tasks given to him/her by Line Manager in terms of his/her role
Ensure problems solving and continuous improvement

People Management
Be an example to other colleagues in terms of rigor and discipline, adhering to the HSE rules and other company rules and instructions
Continuously develop his/her skills, abilities and capabilities and knowledge
Train and coach other plant employees and perform PC&L workshops when needed
Support the team and help to fix possible problems
Able to lead workshop and drive actions to achieve expected targets. (Standard project management)

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

Who are you?

Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in logistics, continuous improvement
Fluent in English
An experience in an industrial environment would be an asset
Good MS office commands
International mindset
