YOUR TASK

Responsible for driving Operational Excellence within assigned Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.

Your daily routine:

1. Develop goals and objectives of QMS for the Intelligent Automation and its components.
2. Perform periodical audit with regards to ISO / ISMS and GDPR standards and submit observations to leadership and stakeholders
3. Work with Quality team of PU’s and ensure Standard Operating Procedures / Working Instructions Documents are up-to date
4. Work with Quality team of PU’s and ensure internal audits are covered the automated process
5. Ensures automated process been covered as part of Business Continuity Plan and follow all the required process for BCP
6. Ensures periodical assessment been conducted to proactively evaluate the risks associated with automation

What you need:

1. A university degree of Masters / Bachelor in any discipline
2. Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the organization and hands on experience in driving Quality Management Systems within the organization
3. Certified Lead Auditor in ISO / ISMS Standardard
4. Any certifications about Regulatory, Compliance, GDPR is desirable
5. Internal auditing experience highly preferred
6. Highly motivated, organized and methodical
7. Experience in driving organizational governance is preferred
8. Good Negotiation Skills
9. Able cooperate in a global context with international teams from different cultures
