Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationship with End Users, Channel Partners, and local branches of key Distribution National and/or Pan-European Accounts.
Responsible for East Hungary and West Romania
Deploy Honeywell Commercial Initiatives into the local Market, in alignment with critical business objectives
Launch and execute Promotional initiatives
Introduce NPIs and develop stocking levels
Attend local exhibitions and promotional events, to identify and develop Business Leads
Follow up on Mktg generated leads
You must have:
Have a strong understanding of the local market and develop new business opportunities (cross/up-sell) with end-user customers and/or distributors to drive Honeywell organic growth
Proven track record in managing distribution partners and end customers across a wide geographical area
Excellent understanding of PPE sector in the region

Fluent in English with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
