Egosecure Management Console 10.3.x and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.x environment, including Device Control and Data Loss Prevention 9.3 9.3.x, Drive Encryption 7.x,
File and Removable Media Protection 5.0.x
Advisory and support services to customer with regards of the above products and their operation
Contact by phone with the customer in German or English
Incident and Change menagement Collaboration with German colleagues
Test for new product versions
Engineering, setup and maintenance of test environment
Preparing and introduction of new releases
Maintaining the knowledgebase for Service Desk
Creating and updating processes
If you have…
Higher level (specialization) qualifications or relevant professional experience
At least intermediate English and German language skills
Good communication ability
Customer-oriented approach
System approach, precision
Quick understanding of complex problems
Good team player attitude
Basic understanding of Windows Server 2008/2012; Active Directory, MSSQL Database; Powershell Basic understanding of network design, infrastructure, and components
Familiar with ITIL processes
Experience with McAfee products managed by ePolicy
Orchestrator such as: Drive Encryption (Pre-boot authentication)
File and Removable Media Protection
Data Loss Prevention and Device Control
Experience with Egosecure Console environment
Experience with Secude Hard drive Encryption
