YOUR TASK

Responsible for driving Operational Excellence within assigned Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.

Your daily routine:

1. Conduct organization level visioning sessions periodically and record ideas
2. Drive periodical governance across the Portfolio Units (PUs), discussing best practice and value of end to end improvement
3. Evaluates market trends in terms of technology upgrades and process transformations and present back to leadership team and delivery SPOCs
4. Understands and utilizes the full range of facilitation methods and tools to run effective events and workshops
5. Consults on governance, strategy and transformation not just operations
6. Organizes and shapes delivery team’s strategy to drive idea forums successfully
7. Builds and maintains significant alliances and support across the PU’s business

What you need:

1. A university degree of Masters / Bachelor in any discipline
2. Preferred to have minimum 15 years’ experience within the organization and hands on experience working on automation process
3. Certificate in Lean Six Sigma is preferable
4. Preferred individual with experience in driving Agile project management
5. Highly motivated, organized and methodical
6. Individual with Logical, analytic and rational thinker
7. Individual with demonstration of team player skills
8. Excellent Problem Solving Skills
9. Good Negotiation Skills
10. Able cooperate in a global context with international teams from different cultures
