Job description, responsibilities and duties
YOUR TASK

Responsible for driving Operational Excellence within assigned Portfolio Units (PU’s) and Point of Production (PoP) within T-Systems.

Your daily routine:

  1. Drive Core KPI review governance and agree opportunities to be driven
  2. Identify improvement projects in application with Lean Six-Sigma tools and techniques
  3. Mentor projects using Lean Six-Sigma Methodology
  4. Coach Process Champions to execute improvement projects locally
  5. Act as a lean facilitator by managing various stakeholders of the LSS projects and make sure that the change happens.
  6. Promote the philosophy of striving for continuous improvements, coach LSS training, and drive governance
  7. Scan external markets for performance benchmarks and collaborates with Portfolio Units and Stakeholders on detecting opportunities for continuous improvements
  8. Institutionalize LSS program within TSI and act as a key contact for driving LSS

What you need:

  1. A university degree of Bachelor in Science and Certified Black Belt from renowned institute.
  2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in driving Operational Excellence within the organization
  3. Hands on experience in Minitab, Data visualization, Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
  4. Attitude of go to Gemba and create Value Stream Mapping of end to end process
  5. Excellent Problem Solving Skills
  6. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Able to operate in a global context with international teams from different cultures
  7. Fluent English to enables you to communicate with international teams and multinational customers
